Beer Description
Crisp and clear cider with a slight sweetness and a big apple taste. Bercina’s is made from a specially curated blend of at least six types of apples from Wisconsin’s own They’s Orchard. Fermented then aged in oak cabernet barrels from Napa Valley for about three weeks. Small batch English Cider made alongside our Traditional English Real Ales and German Lagers.
Named after Bercina Corbin Artis, a former slave from Virginia who moved to the Fox Cities after the Civil War. She’s one of the most notable women in Appleton’s history.
