Beer Description
Highly effervescent Hefeweizen with unfiltered yeast held in suspension, giving it a light straw color. Unpasteurized and full of probiotics. This traditional style of German hefeweizen has taste of banana esters, but very different from American wheat ales it has a smooth, dry finish.
