Beer Description
Named as a nod to our beer for barrel trade with our neighbors the NY Distilling Co this is a bumped up barrel aged roggenbier. We doubled down on the rye with NY State rye and Ragtime Rye barrel then added in a touch of NY State apples. So you get a sweet, spicy medium weight beer with a surprisingly dry finish. Notes of brown sugar, raisins, rye spice and of course rye whiskey and oak and a lingering dried apples
