Beer Description
Now is a time for chill vibes and even chiller bevs – this is why we are bringing you the best of both worlds – a seasonal spiced cascara-infused apple shrub soda with 30 MG of midwestern hemp processed by Chicago Cannabis Company.
We use organic apple cider and sourced our cascara from one of the same farms in El Salvador that we get our coffee from. Think apple pie soda with all the benefits of a probiotic drink PLUS an added boost of hemp.
Shrubs are refreshing beverages hailing from the 1700’s. Historically, vinegar was used as a way to preserve fruit without sugar without refrigeration. A shrub is a simultaneously tart and sweet. The acidity of the vinegar provides tang and intensifies the flavor of the fruit. You get a balance of sweet, savory, tangy in just one bottle.
