Beer Description
rystal clear copper body with a thin layer of airy white bubbles that settle to a thin film. Slowly active bubbles climbing to the top. S: Toasted caramel malt, yeast, cereal grains and dull spice. Apple peel hops with cinnamon and other spices balancing delicately on the palate. Light body with zesty carbonation. Finish is dry with timid bitter apple peel. O: As a Christmas beer I feel lack of spice was really a downer. A good beer that is easy drinking and enjoyable but not a Christmas miracle. A solid offering none the less.
