Beer Description
Building off what we learned from our test batch, We added- 300 punds of pressed Crimson Cabernet Grapes, left from Aubrey Vineyard’s harvest, to 10bbl of golden sour beer. No additional yeast was added. This beer has a beautiful pink color and is carbonated softly to show off its complexity and structured mouthfeel. Expect aromas of dry rode wine with hints of red fruit and lavender, followed by a complex melange of flavors, including tart strawberry up front, and enough sweet wine tannins to balance the lactic acidity and provide a luscious dry finish that beacons you to take another drink.
