Beer Description
Bayern’s Eisbock is a cold distilled version of our gold medal winning Doppelbock. What that means is after the beer is done fermenting; we transfer it to a special tank that has a specific cooling system. We then drop the temperature, freezing the water in the beer thus bringing the alcohol level up.
