XP #31 is a haztastical NEIPA brewed with Bru-1 hops! This is the first time we’ve played with this hop and the results are very pleasing. XP #31 kicks off with aromas of grapefruit and subtle lemon which then become more pronounced across the flavor profile with the addition of pine notes as well
