Beer Description
Polyphase is a unique amber wheat beer fermented with our Kolsch yeast strain, which provides aromas of banana and fruit. Rich Munich malt contributes the dark golden hue, and a light toasty flavor. We looked to the mild hop character of traditional German wheat beers when choosing the hop strains and amounts for an authentic, well-balanced beer.
