Beer Description
Record keeping is hard, so for this beer we were out of the planned recipe’s malt and kind of redesigned it on the fly. So it ended up including a little bit of everything, tied together with Omega’s Saisonstein’s Monster. Spicy, fruity and just a touch funky this is a very Belgian saison.
