Barrel aged mixed fermentation farmhouse ale inspired by biere de garde. Rich, broad strokes of alcohol sweetness followed by a crisp dry finish. Aged for a year in red wine barrels, this deep copper mixed fermentation ale presents an angular complex combination of pear, funk, delicate leather, clove, faint vanilla, and toasty wood with an ever so subtle tart strawberry note
