Beer Description
A long time ago, in a land before Galaxy hops, lived the West Coast IPA. While youngsters enjoyed their Sunny D, CapriSuns, heroes such as Green Flash, Bear Republic, Russian River, and Sierra Nevada were aggressively hopping their brews and melding the lovely bitterness harmoniously with a rich malt base. This throwback collaboration brew with Chris Quinn from The Beer Temple out of Chicago, is a homage to the style that many of us into beer.
