Our Flanders Brown Ale is a full-bodied sour ale fermented with Tarrytown Wild Yeast. As the seasonal brew ages for up to a year, flavors develop through the natural fermentation that are unique to our village’s micro-climate. Depending on the season, fruit, floral, or even bourbon notes have developed over time and our seasonal releases reflect those special flavors.
