Beer Description
In honor of the 30yr anniversary of Raekwon’s ground breaking album, we brewed this beer to celebrate one of our favorite killer bees. Pours hazy yellow with full white foam. Aromas of tangerine & dank candied pineapple. Slight bitterness with soft mouthfeel and dank peach flavor on the palette. Brewed with pilsner and vienna malts plus oats and wheat. Hopped in the whirlpool Citra, Wai-Iti + Cashmere, double dry hopped with Cashmere Cryo. Fermented with house blend of English and American yeast.
