Brewed with flaked oats and honey malt, DDH with Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Citra and Simcoe. This aggressively hopped IPA bursts with aromatics of melon, citrus and pine. Intense flavors and bitterness are balanced win a honey like malt sweetness.
A west coast inspired IPA brewed for our GM Thom Desrochers who is moving back to Cali. We brewed this beer with flaked oats and honey malt, DDH with Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Citra and Simcoe. This aggressively hopped IPA bursts with aromatics of melon, citrus and pine. Intense flavors and bitterness are balanced win a honey like malt sweetness with a deep gold color.
