Over the years, Stone Farking Wheaton w00tstout has become one of our most anticipated annual releases – and not just because it’s an astoundingly flavorful stout concocted as a collaboration between FARK’s Drew Curtis, nerd royalty Wil Wheaton and Stone Brewing co-founder Greg Koch. It’s the incredible label art adorning this stout over the years that has elevated it to the pinnacle of beer, geekery and beer geekery. This year’s gloriously awesome artwork comes from the talented hands of comic artist Alan Davis, who has worked on some of the most iconic comic book series of all time, including Uncanny X-Men and Justice League of America. His depiction of a hero who channels our iconic gargoyle’s guardian powers to battle against the evils of the world of beer is a fitting representation for this year’s label, and for the relentlessly intense flavor of this intergalactic imperial stout inside.
