Beer Description
Every July, we spend a day destemming Michigan-grown Balton cherries from the year’s harvest. Last July, we destemmed nearly 2 tons, to make this year’s vintage of our Kriek, which after spending a year on our 1-and-2-year-old spontaneously-fermented beer, we can offer to you just as the cherries for next year’s beer are being shook from the trees.
