Rule of Thirds is our 7.7% DIPA utilizing three of the most sought after hops used in brewing today. Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra are used in equal balance to capture the affect they have on one another. A semi-sweet finishing, yet soft and pillowy base lay the foundation for the intense green hop character that these hops bring. The complexity in this one offers notes of stone fruit, exotic tropical fruit, like lychee, citrus, tropical vegetation, and Earthy dankness. We have a feeling as this one ages, the more the fruity character will shine.
