Beer Description
Imperial Porter. Bacon fried in whiskey, potatoes, and oatmeal. A delicious breakfast-style porter.
Imperial Porter. This beer is and does exactly what it says on the can. It combines the famous hearty big breakfast fry up along with our love of beer. Together with our friends at Gun Hill Brewery in the Bronx NY we fried our bacon in Connemara Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey. We added this, along with a big bag of Keogh’s potatoes and large amounts of Flahavans Oatmeal to the Mash. These ingredients intensify the brew to create a delicious breakfast-style porter. Craft Brewed in our independent brewery in Sligo.
