Beer Description
Sour Ale with Strawberry, Sarsaparilla and Birch
Museum Dose is a botanical sour ale with strawberries, sarsaparilla and birch. It’s a celebration of Spring, an homage to nineteenth-century soda fountains, and a total trip.
Birch beer’s renowned wintergreen aromatics leap out of the can. A pillowy root beer float note coats the tongue followed by a dose of vanilla and strawberry ice cream. It finishes dry and minty with a sarsaparilla tannin bite and a soft, yogurt-hued acidity.
Brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat, flaked and malted oats. Double dry hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.
