Gator Time is a puncheon aged wild ale with cherries.
Immediate notes of blood orange and citrus peel on the nose lead into beautifully airy tannins, expansive and juicy cherry notes, and a rounded, refined acidity. The drying wood and toasted bread notes on the end highlight the barrel character perfectly.
