Beer Description
Brewed with our homies from L.A. @mumfordbrewing on their last trip to the Brooklyn zone. Itβs just like that, we wanted to make a hybrid double IPA that would remind our finicky tastebuds of the dank IPAs that flowed out of SoCal when we were cutting our teeth on Citra, and Galaxy was a hop no one had heard of yet. Dank, resinous and weedy, but also tropical and citrusy. Hopped with Citra, Galaxy and Columbus, then double dry hopped with more Citra and Citra Lupulin dust. Fermented with our house blend of chico and english ale.
