Beer Description
A selection of Franklin County vintage apples in a Bourbon barrel aged mixed fermentation on a blend of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus strains. Fermentation creates a slightly tart cider with mild funkiness that gets rounded out in the barrel to create a unique balanced cider that captures the local fresh apples character, complex spicy and rich smokey spirit of the barrel, and the funky essence of the mixed fermentation. Light carbonation, mildly and slowly effervescing.
