Hazy, soft, juicy style, bright orange color, double dry hopped with Citra and Cashmere hops, unreal aroma!
We’ve been wanting to experiment with rye in our IPAs, and we did that here with awesome results. Rye is not a main component of the mash bill at all, but just enough to spice it up a bit. Hazy, soft, juicy style, bright orange color, double dry hopped with Citra and Cashmere hops, unreal aroma! Cashmere is a hop that is about to take off, and we used a 100% NYS grown source for them. This is the first hop grown in NYS besides cascade that we can use for big aromas in an IPA, which is a beautiful thing.
