Beer Description
During Lent, German monks would fast for forty days and brewed viscous, high-gravity beers to sustain them for this period. Our traditional doppelbock is “liquid bread”, crafted with seven different malts for layers of bready, caramelly flavor combined with dried, raisiny dark fruits.
