Capitulation takes Monkless’s Belgian Tripel and dry hops it with Centennial and Amarillo hops to add a blast of flowery, citrusy hop aroma that blends fabulously with the earthy and spicy hop flavor of the Perle and Saaz hops used in the boil. The result is a Belgian-style tripel that appeals to an IPA lover.
