Our 2018 Holidale is an imperial stout modeled after a Belgian strong dark ale. With notes of clove and spice and a warming alcohol finish with hints of chocolate, toffee, and dark roasted coffee. Brewed with Scourmont Abbey Yeast and Belgian Candi Sugar.
