A modestly tart sour ale with a strawberry sweetness and earthy dry finish of funk that will take over your palate like a crime wave.
Word to the wise. If you lock up over 600 lbs. of strawberries and 400 lbs. of kiwi’s together with Brettanomyces Lambicus and Lactobacillus, be careful they don’t come together to create a whole syndicate of crime. This Farmhouse Ale was initially corrupted and sentenced to over a year of solitary confinement in oak barrels before being transferred to general population in apple brandy foudres with strawberries and kiwi’s. The outcome, a modestly tart sour ale with a strawberry sweetness and earthy dry finish of funk that will take over your palate like a crime wave.
