Beer Description
Made with Norwegian yeasts and Lactobacillus, this brew also uses lactose sugar to balance out the tartness. Finished with blackberries and red raspberries.
This is a modern take on a traditional Gose. Made with a blend of 4 Norwegian yeasts and 2 strains of Lactobacillus, this brew also uses some lactose sugar to balance out the tartness. Dry hopped with Azacca, El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Finished with blackberries and red raspberries, “Halt” offers big berry flavor as well as hints of pineapple and other tropical fruits.
