Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout with Strawberry and Lemon Balm
We created this version of our Origins of Darkness with our great friends from Brewski in Helsingborg, Sweden. Inspired by classic Swedish desserts we combined the flavours dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon with juicy strawberries and the bright character of lemon balm.
