Beer Description
Our latest entry into our intensely focused IPA series continues with Galaxy. As with all of the Triangles variants, we employed an increased overall hopping rate of arguably one of the most unique varietals ever. Along with flaked wheat, flaked oats, and malted wheat we notice crushed pineapple tropical passion fruit character that is threaded into our house aleโs trademark citrus fruit while enhancing ester profile and softer than 10 ply plushness.
