Inspired by one of the greatest literary characters of all time, we present this New-American Hoppy Ale for you to covet! Simplicity. Read Marcus Aurelius. Of each particular thing we ask: what is it in itself? What is its nature? What does he do…? In this beer we blend the wonderful hops that we see everyday – Simcoe, Centennial, and Mosaic – and the transformation begins… Caterpillar into chrysalis or pupa…and from thence into beauty! The aromas are not that of Evyan skin cream, nor L’air du Temps, but you WILL detect the deep saturation of beautiful peach, deep citrus rind, & classic American pine aromas in this beer. I’ve seen the sky just begin to fall, and you say “All things pass into the night”… so drink quickly before we say goodbye…
