Beer Description
“A Yeast and Hop Driven Beer
Hazy Come, Hazy Go is our interpretation of an East Coast Hazy IPA. Unlike the East Coast versions; however, we wanted ours to retain the initial juicy character, but then finish satisfyingly dry. Hazy Come, Hazy Go is driven by profiles of Stone Fruit, Citrus, and Pineapple. We use malted oats and wheat for the signature haze and soft mouthfeel, while the London Yeast provides the juicy aroma. Generous amounts of Vic Secret (Citrus/Tropical), Ella (tropical/melon), and Experimental 06297 (Orange/Vanilla) hops were used to achieve its signature flavor and aroma. Itβs medium-bodied with medium carbonation.
