Beer Description
This beer was fermented w/ their house yeast culture proprietary blend of 100% brettanomyces. It created a fruity, funky, and lightly tart base beer. 1000 ounces of citrusy/tropical hops to create a very soft bitterness w/ loads of tropical character to play off of the wild yeast character. Finally 336 pounds of passion fruit & 250 pounds of pink dragon fruit were added. The final beer is vividly pink with notes of tropical fruit, earthy funk, and citrusy hoppiness.
