When life gives you wine barrels, you make beer and put it in those barrels! So, that is exactly what we did when Grace Hill Winery provided us with a supply of freshly emptied red wine barrels. Through this exciting, collaborative effort, we created one Ale Of A Wine. This distinctive craft beer consists of a light ale that’s aged in red wine barrels, blended with a highly complex red sour ale aged in oak foeder with mixed cultures. This gives it a subtle tartness with a hint of oak flavors and refreshing combination!
