Welcome…to Bolero Park! We stepped back in time and laid down one of our favorite grists with a varietal of wheats and rounded out with malted oats. Fermented with our favorite new juicy yeast, hopped and dry hopped with prehistoric sized levels of Simcoe and Idaho 7. Enter this deep dank forest bursting with tropical papaya, passionfruit and citrus.
