Brewed in collaboration with Indiana brethren 3 Floyds Brewing and Sugar Creek Malt, this amber lager speaks vehemently to the terroir of the Midwest. Pilsner, Vienna, Munich and Maple Smoked malts were decocted for robust malt complexity. Fermented and lagered on yellow birch wood. Notes of sweet smoke, warm honeyed croissant, peanut brittle and the last cold night of spring.
