Beer Description
When Sean first started mixing up batches of extract homebrew in his design shop, the brew days began at 4:30pm. Coincidentally, so did the slow walk to dinner for the old man in the building next door. We’d watch him shuffle into the kitchen every day. Same time. Same clothes. Same walk.
Maybe he was just extra-careful. Maybe he liked the feel. Maybe he just had heavy pants…
Doesn’t matter. He was a part of our brew day, and he always wore a belt & suspenders.
This beer takes a page out of this guy’s book. If you aren’t sure it has enough hops… hop it again. Loads of Nugget, Crystal and Sterling hops lead the way in producing an amazing beer with huge hop aromas. The bitterness of this beer is balanced by a well-selected malt backbone. A pleasantly drinkable brew for 7% ABV.
