Beer Description
Inspired by the wit bier tradition, yet firmly hopped and fermented with our house pale ale yeast.
Brewed with 60% malted wheat in the grist, subtle amounts of coriander seed grown in our neighborhood, and a generous yet sensible hopping with Motueka and Simcoe. Notes of lemon, lime, orange, Starburst / Skittle.
