Beer Description
Light, crisp, and clear
This easy easy drinking German-Style Pilsner builds off a bready malt bill and was fermented with a storied lager yeast, then conditioned for over a month in FV3, affectionately known as Leonardo.
Of course, we had to flavor it with some Liberty hops, but just a touch, as to not over shadow this true-to-style brew. No bitterness lingers, with just a smidge of the traditional floral and spice expected of Noble Hops.
