Beer Description
Buck is a saison brewed with malted buckwheat and aged for a year and a half in neutral red wine puncheons with heirloom agave nectar. At packaging we blended it with a small portion of young foeder saison to balance the rustic earthiness of the buckwheat and round out the oak character developed from the long aging.
