A clean combination of roasted barley along flaked barley and oats lend this traditional Irish style a complex, yet light and roasty body. For a smooth bitterness we added a small amount of East Kent Golding hops known for their subtle and delicate flavors. This session stout was brewed to be the perfect crushable beer for watching the parade (or eating oysters!)
