With St Paddy’s right around the corner we figure we’d buck the norm – instead of a typical dry Irish Stout we brewed a nice creamy beer with some fun breakfast cereal in the mash, milk sugar and marshmallows in the boil then conditioned atop a carefully selected blend of coffee and cocoa nibs.
