Beer Description
Winter Saison with Sansho Peppercorns.
Named for the Shinto deity of rain and snow, this fiery dragon of a saison is bright orange in color with the lemony aroma of Sansho peppercorns as well as fresh citrus aromas from Mandarina Bavaria hops. Fermented with the house saison strain of yeast adds some tropical notes & finishes with a unique spice from the peppercorns and an elevated fermentation temperature.
