Beer Description
The Black IPA Collaboration brew with Begyle Brewing. Johnny Quest, is very sessionable at 5.3% ABV with a medium body. We chose to showcase four very sought after hop varieties: Simcoe, Galaxy, Citra, and Cascade. We were very excited to use Hop Head Farms’ Cascade hops, grown and pelletized in Michigan, for the first time in one of our beers. All four hop varieties are showcased in the dry hopping process. What you are left with is a very citrus and floral nose and a beer that finishes with a mild bitterness and toasted malt notes.
