We took our Tasting Room’s first birthday beer, Bogan Barleywine, and aged it for a full year in a Widow Jane Whiskey barrel. Brewed initially with spice infused honey, it is now a complex barleywine that toes the line between spice, fruit, booze, and barrel aged characteristics.
