Beer Description
This beer is brewed with 2 types of malted rice, Malted Millet, Rolled Oats, Buckwheat, Milk Sugar, and our own house blend of Modcup Coffee Cold Brew! It utilizes a small dosing of Galena hops and is fermented with an American Ale Yeast.
The end result is a 5+% ABV Gluten Free beer with a hit of roasted grain (minus the gluten, obviously), maltiness (of the gluten free variety), and just a touch of bitterness and coffee.
