This cider is really lovely with soft notes complementing the apple and very citrus forward, with orange blossom honey aromatics followed by an earthy backbone.
Barrel aged in a gin barrel from Spirit Smith a local Sebastopol distillery. This cider has notes of Juniper coriander angelica cassia licorice lemonpeel(fresh meyer) orris root nutmeg cardamom
