This beer spent 10 months of hard time in American Red Wine Barrels with a Brettanomyces Lambicus yeast strain. While it was in there, it threw down with 1.5 pounds of tart cherries per gallon.
When an Outlaw goes International, they are bound to spend a little time in Belgium stealing beer, food, and wine. However, when they finally come home, sometimes the Blue Bloods are already waiting for them. This Outlaw Saison was caught and sentenced to 10 months of hard time in American Red Wine Barrels with a Brettanomyces Lambicus yeast strain. While it was in there, it threw down with 1.5 pounds of tart cherries per gallon. Hard time like this will make anyone a little sour. So be careful now.
