The careful blending of different barrels creates a sparkling golden ale with crisp and complex nature akin to cider or dry champagne.
Inspired by the traditional gueuze beers of Belgium, Backacre matures for more than a year in oak barrels to develop a fruity, earthy, and refreshingly tart character.
